This support system was based on Soil Nailing Wall and Prestress Anchor. The support layer is composed of crisscross beam and shotcrete layer, similar with the two-way ribbed floor joist; therefore, its stiffness is better than the Soil Nailing Wall layer, the soil pressure is all balanced by the anchor pole, the displacement is smaller than the Soil Nailing Wall. There is two kinds of diaphragms at home: mixing pile and rotary pouring pile, the mixing pile is unable to pass through the tie-bed and the intensity of the pile is too low; the rotary pouring pile relies on high pressure cutting, so there is much more mud emitting out of the pile, wasting cement and being incapable of piling in weathered rock. This is the patent technology by Pro. Shi Wujiang purchased by our company in April 2003 (patent number ZL981117570). This technology describes as the following: the continuous wall is formed by twisted auger drilling hole passing through the pump concrete in the drill bit, insert the support system shaped by profile steel and bar sheet, by changing drill bit to adjust the thickness of the wall, the adjustment of bar steel is also very flexible, non-water twist auger drilling, the concrete is conveyed from the bottom of the hole, needless of dado mud. Its waterstop is better than rank of piles support; but its cost is lower than groove continuous wall; this structure has been applied in many underground railway station projects in Shanhai.

By means of non-water twist auger drilling to shape hole, hole bottom pump conveys concrete to pile with the function of dado, the bar steel is vibrated by the vibrating machine, so the piling sped is swift, without leaked mud pollution and vibration noise, able to enter the rock, even the span bar steel. Because there is no dado mud, the friction resistance and point bearing resistance are higher than common filling pile, the single-pile bearing capacity improves 20-40% than dado mud filling pile. Compared with precast pile, the cost of single-concrete reduces 10-20%. Able to freely choose all kinds of piles with length within 35m and pile diameter within 1000mm, the integrated benefit will be more obvious if used as support pile.

Complex Foundation of CFG Piles is a kind of high stick strength complex foundation, CFG foundation, soil between piles and underlayer act together, more efficiently bring the use of soil between piles into display, and improve the bearing capacity of complex foundation: the CFG pile has better rigidity formed by twisted auger drilling hole pump conveying concrete. The integrated cost of foundation treatment is obviously lower than flexible piles like tie-bed and mixing pile, its final settlement value is also quite low.
